Lauffenmühle informs about the company soccer tournament

On Saturday, the 20th February, Lauffenmühle arranged a soccer tournament at the goalsports center in Waldshut. All regional located companies which enjoy playing soccer have been invited. Unfortunately the last received applications couldn’t be considered anymore because of the huge response. 

Each team consisted of four field players plus goalkeeper – the games were held under very best conditions: The synthetic turf - certificated by the FIFA - and the sub-base with a layer of silica and rubber granule prevent injuries.

Because of the great interest of its employees Lauffenmühle competed with two teams consisting of co-workers of both locations - Lauchringen and Lörrach.

Both teams were supported by colleagues of Lauffenmühle, who were coming - partly with their families - for cheering their players.

A grandstand and an event-room next to the field ensured a pleasing atmosphere. During the games – and especially in the third half time – DJ Simon heated up the vibe. After the tournament an after-match party took place. Some players celebrated in the best mood until the small hours.

Of course the award ceremony didn’t lack. The four most successful teams were:

1. Place: Saint Grobain United

2. Place: Sedus Stoll AG

3. Place: ASAG

4. Place: Bucher Hydraulics
