The innovative bi-elastic article of our successful product line Relax – with XLA by Dow – gains wide market acceptance: Garment makers who added the article into their product range, already register a big demand.
With this bi-stretch article, Lauffenmühle offers a leasing-suitable fabric for the work wear range, being for the first time elastic in warp and weft. The article of 245g weight with a high proportion of cotton - the total blend is 47/47/6 % CO/PES/EOL - offers an extremely high wearing comfort because of its elasticity in all directions. Uncomfortable or confining clothing becomes therefore a foreign word because the bi-elasticity of the new Relax fabric supports movements in all directions.
Bi-Stretch Relax is suitable for all application areas where physical movements are the order of the day, e.g. for hospitals and health care institutions, hotels and catering sectors or technical and industrial work. But the bi-stretch fabric is also perfectly suitable for sitting activities because e.g. trousers won´t get worn out.
The very good rebound properties of Relax - with a permanent stretch of less than 5 % - ensure that the fit is maintained and the garment looks good in long run.
Manufactured with the heat and the chemical resistant fibre with XLA by Dow, this bi-stretch fabric - like all other articles of our work wear range - is well suited for the leasing business.
