Quality policy and quality management

The Lauffenmühle GmbH & Co KG is a highly flexible, future-oriented company. Consequent development work and constant investments in new technologies as well as focus on the core competences have resulted in the company being the market leader of the work wear market in Germany and having a strong position in Europe with a 50% export share.

DIN EN ISO 9001

Besides 100% customer orientation, environmental protection and excellent product quality are significant strategic factors in our company, which are constantly optimised: the establishment of a total quality management was an important factor for this. Already certified according to the quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001 in 1992 as one of the first spinning and weaving companies in Europe, we are not only constantly engaged in maintaining these standards but in exceeding them - since we are aware of our obligation towards our customers and take it very seriously. In order to cope with this challenge, all in-house processes have to be controlled and supervised accordingly: in addition to the core processes within the production process, the company's management and secondary processes are also subject to these stringent criteria.
